Refund policy

At Teceper, customer satisfaction is our priority.  

- **Eligibility:** Refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products.  
- **Process:** Contact support@tecepec.com with your order number. We will provide instructions for returning the item.  
- **Refund Method:** Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned product.  
- **Non-Refundable Items:** Opened products, perishable items, or items damaged due to misuse.
